I came into the Kendra Scott in Pepper Pike for my annual birthday shopping trip. I just wanted to let you know that your entire staff was courteous and efficient. I worked directly with Genna and one other woman and they were kind, efficient, and took care of everything that I needed. I always enjoy coming into this store and have always had a positive experience each time.

It’s pouring down rain and they are making people wait outside in the rain and letting them in one by one because they are so worried about theft. Many people walked away, deservedly so. Bad brand impression and we like the brand.
AWFUL They will scam you!! Please do not buy off of them! Customer service will hang up repeatedly if you do have an issue. Greedy! Katie the manager has hung up on me 3 times today. This business needs to be ashamed of themselves! Disgusting customer service and horrible quality
Everyone there is absolutely wonderful! I had to make an exchange and they made it super easy! They let me try on jewelry and were overall super helpful and friendly.
