Employees were extremely nice! I had three pieces of old jewelry that they let me replace for free (they had tarnished)! Overall great experience:)
Employees were VERY confusing, but the jewlery is pretty. I left disappointed
Haley helped me pick out a new necklace today and was one of the kindest people I have ever met working at a retail store. She genuinely seemed thrilled to be there and gave me so much information on the store and the loyalty programs, I am so happy to have had her help today!!
Don’t spend single penny one this…I will never ever buy this again. I bought 3 necklaces from Kendra Scott. 2 gold and 1 silver. Sliver one I wear on every day basis but after couple month it get black.i antt the pic of necklace And looks really ugly.gold one still I didn’t wear it yet…Waist of money. Never ever buy this gain. And I will also suggest people not to buy.
