I stopped by the Kendra Scott store at King of Prussia Mall and had such a great experience! The store is so bright, beautifully laid out, and full of gorgeous jewelry that makes it really hard to choose just one thing. What stood out most, though, was the customer service. The staff were super friendly and actually took the time to help me find exactly what I wanted. Employees were extremely nice! I had three pieces of old jewelry that they let me replace for free (they had tarnished)! Overall great experience:)
Employees were VERY confusing, but the jewlery is pretty. I left disappointed
