My boyfriend got me Kendra Scott for Valentine’s Day and I’m not a fan of Kendra Scott.. I ended up exchanging and was amazed at how much he paid.. I couldn’t find anything that I liked because everything there is super ugly and looks super cheap. I finally got a heart diamond necklace and a diamond bracelet. In less than a month my necklace is already tarnishing. I HATE Kendra Scott a HUGE waste of money. My James Avery could NEVERRR!! Get it together Kendra Scott.
Service was good everyone was kind but the ring turned my daughters finger green…
I bought several items at another KS store before Christmas. One of the items the clasp came detached before my daughter even wore it. We went back to the other store and they said it wasn't "fine" jewelry so they couldn't repair it but that another store might have it to switch out. When I came to this store Antiqua looked and took it to the color bar and had it fixed in 2 minutes. Now THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is my usual store but I happened to be in the other area - never again this is my KS store for sure!
Erika, is special. She didn’t just show me the pieces, she patiently helped me try each one on, carefully took them off, and gave me her honest thoughts on how they looked and felt. There was zero rush, zero pressure, just pure warmth and attentiveness. This wasn’t just great customer service. It was genuine human kindness. She made my entire day, probably my entire week.
