My wife and I went to Kendra Scott to pick out some ear rings for her birthday. Unfortunately they did not have what she wanted in stock AND they were sold out on line. The associate that helped us also checked other stores inventory and actually found exactly what my wife wanted. The associate had the other location verify the ear rings were in stock and set up the order and delivery for us. We are very happy with the extra effort that was made for my wife. I wish I could remember the lady's name so I could mention it here.

I would like to take this moment to acknowledge one of your employees Sharon .P. from the Watters Creek Store and let manager Erica Gaines Know about the wonder service Sharon provides. Back in June I had purchased the EMILIE LINK BRC GOLD IRIDESCENT DRUSY Unfortunately, it got tarnished and for the last month I have been going almost weekly to see if I could have it exchanged.
