Horrible staff. Rude and unprofessional. Lost a customer due to their snarky attitude.
I’m standing in the store right now and even though it’s the holidays and it’s crazy every single staff member here is so helpful and sweet! Kaylee, Rachel, Trinity, and Adrianna made me feel like I was the only person in the store. They deserve to be recognized for their amazing customer service. Kendra Scott is lucky to have such an amazing team!! I will most definitely be back!!
I tried to return a pair of earrings that broke within two weeks. The clasp wore out within TWO weeks. I couldn’t get my money back. It was within the 30 days, but because it was damaged my only option was store credit or exchange. Now I’m stuck with a pair I don’t even like. I was reluctant to exchange for the same pair since I’ve had issues with these types of clasps breaking (more than once). For $140 pair of earrings from what is usually a good quality brand, I was hoping for a better experience.
Very disappointed- I went in on March 1,2025 at 10am to find out if a Kendra bracelet I have could be fixed. I could tell that the sales associate wasn't interested in helping me just by the way she reacted. I was informed that she needed proof of purchase, and she asked if I had purchased items from them before - yes I have and gave her my email.
