I recently visited the Kendra Scott store at the Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Cathy Olsen, the ASM assisted me with an exchange of a gift sent to me from my daughters who are out of state. I went into the store hoping that an exchange would be possible. Not only was it possible (I had the packing list and order number) but the service I received from Cathy Olsen ,ASM, was exemplary!!! She welcomed me with a smile and in no time at all made the exchange! Kudos to her and the staff at this store!!
