Visited the store today to try and find some jewelry for a work party I needed to attend that night. What a wonderful experience! Solamae helped me pick out stones once I found the necklace and earring I wanted. I’m so bad at figuring out which ones look good together but she helped me pick out the perfect ones! She was incredibly kind and patient with me while I was going through options! She has a radiant personality and was a joy to work with! Thank you!
I went to return something and didn't know about the absurd return policy, I stood there and my time was wasted by a manager whos name who sounded like salmi, and she said couldn't take care of me. I was fortunately helped by another manager named Alyssa and she was spectacular and took care of me and made me feel reassured and welcomed unlike the other lady salmi. I would say don't shop there but the fact that Alyssa changed the vibe and made it worth it at the end.
Today, I went to this store to exchange earrings I was gifted for Christmas. They were very heavy, and I just wanted to exchange them for a different item. The customer representative at the store told me I couldn’t exchange them because they are from Kendra Scott’s Yellow Rose brand. Here is a warning for everyone.
