Always a pleasure to visit the Kendra Scott store at Baybrook Mall and absolutely love the new larger location. I visited on a busy summer Saturday afternoon to buy a thank you gift for someone who has helped me set up an out of state event. All Kendra Scott stores do not allow full returns back to the original payment. Please beware before you purchase, it is STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only. The cashiers will tell you they take returns, but when you come back to return it is a different story.
