I typically do not leave reviews but this left a bad taste in my mouth. I was shopping for a birthday gift for my mother and when I walked in there were two sets of other customers being assisted by two of the three employees there. I wasn't greeted but assumed it was just because they were helping others. I walked around the store to browse and see if anything caught my eye while one of the other customers left. Went into this location with a specific item in mind. I was not talked to by any employee during my time in while other customers were being greeted and engaged with by those working. I approached an employee to ask about the item I was interested in and was helped at that point but the vibe was very off, like I was annoying them for trying to buy something. I would not purchase anything from this location after this experience.
This was my first in-store purchase wth KS. Needless to say I was disappointed. I brought my daughter in to pick a gift for her 13th birthday. Aside from being told hello when we entered, we were ignored . My daughter and I browsed the store , and made a selection. We waited at the counter to checkout. I love this store. May was my birthday month and Kendra’s birthday offer is better than any other place I shop, hands down. You can shop online or in store which is really fun because you see how it looks on you, and you can design your own jewelry at the color bar and even get certain things like the signet ring and certain bracelets engraved.
