Ok service - sub par
I went to the Bloomington location and I lost one of the earrings I was wearing. And one of the employees came up to me and commented my necklace, already so kind! And I told her what had happened and without hesitation she gave me a replacement. I didn’t even need to pay a fee. Overall an amazing experience
Return policy is crappy, you only get a store credit. Nobody is going to review the policy esp since stores typically have a 30 day return policy and you get your money back. COMMUNICATE the policy verbally. Terrible customer service.
