Return policy is crappy, you only get a store credit. Nobody is going to review the policy esp since stores typically have a 30 day return policy and you get your money back. COMMUNICATE the policy verbally. Terrible customer service.
I went to the MOA location on 1/24/25. The 2 ladies working were beyond sweet. They noticed my name tag from the hospital and made me experience unforgettable. I will never forget their overwhelming kindness and I will wear the special piece they made me everyday. Thank you all. It meant so much to me.
Picked up some jewelry for client on Christmas Eve. The people in the store were so nice and helpful.
The customer service was fine, until the manager accused us of stealing even though we bought three necklaces and I showed her the receipt, probably won't go back anytime soon :(
