I would like to take a second to give gratitude where it’s due. Backstory: The items that I purchased for my wife’s birthday online arrived today. It was left at my doorstep by UPS. When I arrived home, the box was on the ground, but completely demolished. It was ripped open on one side with the strings of one of the bags hanging out. Savannah is excellent! Great customer service. Very kind people! You are able to tell that the people who work here care about the clients. Not a lot of places have that! If you are looking for a gift for a friend or jewelry for yourself, this is the place to go.
I went to this store to try and get some of my pieces repaired or replaced, without even looking at them I was told they couldn’t do ANYTHING for me because they had a new policy about the purchase date. 1 of the pieces is their signature pieces, the very first piece I had purchased. While I understand policy, the manager was VERY rude and wouldn’t even look at what I had. Sad that a long standing customer can’t be heard, won’t be buying another piece from Kendra Scott!!
Came in with my bestfriend to get her daughter a necklace & jamaal was so energetic, happy, & his vibes radiated through the place! He could’ve sold me on buying something for myself honestly. We loved you jamaal! Thank you for being what this world needs, kind, positive, vibrant people!!
