We use to come here once a week to get jewelry for friends and family for occasions. But this place has gone down hill with customer service, mainly with the store manager, Heather, I believe. Sure the jewelry is nice but I don't like to be judged and talked down to. I'll try it again once she leaves.
Kenzie was such a wonderful person when I came in. I told her my troubles and had many jewelry pieces to fix. She hopped right on the job and did everything fast and perfect. I’m so thankful she was there she was amazing and had very good customer service skills.will be back for sure thank you so much Kenzie!!! 🫶 (also she is very good at undoing knots fast! Hehe)
My daughter has been asking for months for a Kendra Scott necklace. We randomly passed this one and went in to look. Turned into the best experience! The staff is phenomenal and made this moment so special for my girl. I believe his name is Jameson. He helped my girl pick out the perfect chain and gem to put into it. Took a picture and sealed it into a card holder for her to keep for years and to always remember this moment. Thank y'all so much and we can't wait to visit again!!
Absolutely exceptional customer service . The stylists there go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is happy thanks so much for all of your help finding the perfect stones that I was looking for! Shout out to Ashley C. And McKenna W. for making my color bar dreams come true!
