My sister and I went in with the intention of purchasing several necklace and bracelet sets as gifts. Unfortunately, no one greeted us or offered assistance. While we did receive multiple stares, not a single employee approached us. Meanwhile, every non-Hispanic customer who entered was warmly greeted and asked if they needed help. Our soccer team did a fundraiser with the Rogers store. Lauren, the manager, made it SO easy. The girls loved being part of it and in two hours of volunteer time, they received a huge donation from Kendra Scott. We are so thankful!
Love the ladies at this store/location. We had my daughter's 10th birthday party there and it was great! 'Our little gem is turning TEN!' ✨️ Lauren was a pleasure to work with planning the party and Kourtney was so sweet and helpful throughout it! They really seemed to enjoy having the girls in the store. 😊 Such a great deal included with a party as well! I would definitely recommend having a party here for your tween/teen daughter!! 🩷
Amazing experience! I visited this store while trying to pick something out for my mother (who is very picky when it comes to jewelry) and Emma was extremely helpful in finding me the perfect options!! I appreciated the thought that Emma put into helping me, asking me specific questions to help me find the perfect piece! Would definitely return just for the customer service!
