Lauren was EXCEPTIONAL. She was so helpful and patient with us even though we had a million different questions. She is amazing. I loved her and will be back to the Arkansas location simply for her.
Deceptive would be the best way to describe this place.......Staff was friendly when my I took my wife to purchase a necklace, however when she tried it on, the "extender" made the necklace sit sideways on her neck. Since this was obviously not to her satisfaction, she attempted to return the item and was advised by the sales associate that "all sales are final" was printed on the receipt. It would have been helpful to have known about this in advance.........buyer beware!
Went in for my birthday discount and the young lady who helped me was so nice. Love Kendra Scott jewelry and their staff.
