I’m not much of a review writer, but I received the best service I could’ve imagined at this location. The store manager deserves all her flowers, and it breaks my heart that I forgot to get her name! She greeted me when I walked in by complimenting the mini tote bag I had with me. Kailey was incredibly kind to me. I had a weird situation with a Christmas gift order. I had to call a couple times she was patient, nice, and helped me without making the situation harder. I really appreciated her being so nice and accommodating.

Absolutely love this Kendra Scott location. The store is beautiful, but what truly makes it special is the manager, Lauren. She is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about every person who walks through the door. Her warmth and leadership shine through the entire team, creating an experience that feels uplifting and personal. Lauren is a true gem, and this store reflects her heart perfectly.
