Great service at Kendra Scott! I couldn’t find the right color on the display, but a helpful associate showed me how I could pick out a loose stone and have it set on a necklace I chose. Despite the store being very busy, the team was attentive and the custom process was quick. Sadly, they were out of gift boxes, but the jewelry itself is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for

I will never be shopping here again. I went in with my daughter’s to exchange a necklace I got her for Christmas, because her friend gave her the same one. We were never greeted when we walked in the store, nor once in the 20+ minutes we were in there. As other customers of non color walked in and were greeted and asked as they shopped around if they needed help.
