Horrible customer service. Went to pick up an online order. Didn’t mind waiting a few minutes, the rep put in a gift box and bag and walked away? Another lady walked up shortly after and asked if I needed help, I told her I was picking up an order, which was bagged up but didn’t know if I needed to sign something or if I was good to go because the rep walked away without saying anything. I always have a fantastic experience shopping at Kendra Scott! The selection of beautiful jewelry is stunning and always on-trend. Leslie is incredibly friendly and helpful, making every visit enjoyable. I also want to give a special shout-out to the manager, Dani, who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that every customer is well taken care of. I truly love shopping at Kendra Scott and appreciate what the company stands for!
