Horrible customer service. Went to pick up an online order. Didn’t mind waiting a few minutes, the rep put in a gift box and bag and walked away? Another lady walked up shortly after and asked if I needed help, I told her I was picking up an order, which was bagged up but didn’t know if I needed to sign something or if I was good to go because the rep walked away without saying anything.
