ZERO STARS, I just moved to Indiana and needed a new doctor. Dr Hall-franks started off our appointment by expressing how much harder it is for women to excel in the medical field than men (maybe it’s true maybe not) I’m not sure. For the rest of the appointment she chose not to acknowledge anything I said. The fellow nurse she had with her would ask me questions, and regurgitate my answers to her even though we were in the same room. As other commenter's mentioned, it can be difficult to get a hold of them over the phone. However, I usually get a response within a day when I do it through the portal. That being said, the care I received at this facility is top notch. Dr. Hall-Franks and her team are fantastic about listening to me about any concerns I have, and they take them seriously.
If you’re thinking of making Kendra Hall Franks your family doctor, please be aware that you are just a number to her and she could care less about you as a person! Her office has the 3 missed appointment policy, there is NO mercy on this! God forbid if you accidentally show up at the wrong time, (not because you just didn’t show), which I did twice and one time got my days mixed up and went on the wrong day! I had no problems with the facility, but when my doctor left they placed me with someone else. Kendra Hall-Franks. And it was by far one of the worst appointments I've had. She was rude, very off putting. Didn't seem to actually care what was going on, just wanted to get me in and out. I'm searching for a new doctor asap. I have lots of medical concerns and she didn't care at all. As a cancer survivor, and someone who has chronic illness, I expect to be cared for appropriately to my needs, not the doctors.
