I cannot recommend Kendra enough. She managed to pull off what several brokers before couldn’t. Not only that, she explained the steps so I understood the process, and was communicative and patient throughout. I never felt left in the dark or stressed over unanswered questions. She was quite literally the light in one of the most stressful experiences of my life and it’s because of her we have our dream home. Kendra was fantastic to work with. She was super easy to communicate with whether by phone, text, or email, and extremely prompt. I had lots of annoying little obstacles along the way and Kendra helped me overcome each one. We were a great team in getting the job done - super personable and professional.
