Ms. Kendra is truly phenomenal, she knows her craft down to a science and it absolutely shows! From the moment I walked in for my first visit, I was warmly welcomed by her receptionist, who was both professional and incredibly friendly. I just completed my 3rd session today and let me just say that I am PLEASANTLY pleased with this progress. Kendra is ABSOLUTELY knowledgeable about every aspect of this process. Every question I have is answered thoroughly. All of the appointment times are respected and the staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Not to mention the asethetics of the office is quite charming and relaxing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kendra Hall for all of your laser hair needs. 10 out of 10!!!!!
