Kendra helped me LOVE my hair for the first time in my life. She’s incredibly personable, warm, and spunky. She teaches you EVERYTHING you need to know about maintaining an easy and manageable curly routine. I left Kendra’s chair loving my hair, but also feeling like I just had a great therapy session with someone who really cared about me as a human being. She wears her heart on her (AMAZINGLY TATTOOED) sleeve, and is incredibly talented in her craft.
Kendra is amazing. She was able to give me a great cut and style, and also teach me how to care for my hair better. She isn't pushy to buy more products/services, and just generally an interesting person. She has a very welcoming demeanor.
I will definitely be returning to Kendra! Between her communication, services and how my curly hair cut turned out I really couldn’t be happier or ask for anything to have been done differently! Kendra is very thorough in explaining things while providing ample tips and tricks for your specific hair type. Going to a new stylist when you have curly hair can be unnerving but rest assured you are in good hands here :) also as a trans person I felt very safe and welcomed here!
