Amazing Smiles, friendly staff and a warm, caring environment. They work around my kid's school schedules and we never have to wait for our appointments. We HIGHLY recommend to everyone!!!
Kendra Pratt Manning required us to pay what insurance still owed before giving our son his retainer when treatment ended. Instead of refunding us as promised once insurance paid them, they refused to send us our refund. In other words, we paid our cost share and the insurer's portion and the insurer paid their portion. Regardless of treatment outcome, you cannot trust a business who fraudulently keeps what is not theirs.

We are very pleased with the services provided by Dr Pratt and her team. They have been very professional and have gone out of their way to assist with any questions. She has been present at all of our sons appointments. Overall a very good experience, for the patient and parents.
I’ve had a great experience with Dr Pratt and her staff. They have always been very caring & attentive. They are alway on schedule and I’ve never had to wait more then 5 minutes. I’m very pleased with the treatment. My teeth were so tight, crowded and crooked. Now my smile is beautiful & i can floss between each tooth. I would highly recommend Dr a Pratt!!!
This woman is the WORST orthodontist you could go to in The Woodlands! All she wants is money, she treats you like you are an idiot and her staff are so unprofessional and don’t know what the heck they are doing. Do NOT go here!!

We have been more thank please with the level of care with everyone at this office. The doctor is very personable and caring with patients and the staff are wonderful. We rarely have to wait.
Great customer service, great location, results are fantastic and the prices are much more affordable than other orthodontists.
