Kendon's customer service is as bad as it gets. I ordered a spindle and hub and after 3 weeks, it still had not shipped. I was told only the parts they sold would work. NOT TRUE. Took it to a local trailer dealer where they put on a new hub. It cost less even with labor than what Kendon wanted for the parts. If looking for that type of a trailer, look elsewhere. Plenty of good ones out there that will bend over backwards for their customers.
