I had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 a.m. and made sure to arrive on time because I had to go to work afterward. Unfortunately, I was kept waiting until 10:40 a.m., and I was still being asked to wait longer. Since I couldn't afford to miss work, I had no choice but to leave without seeing the doctor. I understand that delays can happen, but waiting over 40 minutes without being seen or given a clear update is very frustrating. I hope the clinic can improve its scheduling and respect patients' time.
I found the clinic to be a nice, welcoming place overall. I just wanted to share one suggestion: it would be really helpful if the clinic had a dedicated changing area for babies (a place to change diapers). When parents bring a young child, it can be difficult to manage diaper changes without an appropriate space, especially during longer visits.
