The receptionist was amazing she was nice, however the wait time was almost 3 hours for heart issues, and the doctor made me feel like crap for explaining my symptoms, I felt as if I was being judged, and got basically ushered out of the room not even 5 minutes into an appointment.
My experience at this doctor’s office was extremely frustrating. I visited in the morning with a severe case of strep throat and was assured I’d get a prescription. However, it turned out that the doctor had forgotten to actually send the prescription over once he moved on to his next patient. I spent the entire day making multiple phone calls, trying to track down the prescription. The staff were unhelpful which added to the stress. Horrible. I went at 6:45pm (clinic is open until 8pm). There are two desks - one for scheduled appointments and one for walk ins. There was nobody in there, so I went to the walk in desk. Just after I walked up, two other people came in, at the same time, the receptionist came up front, walked right past me, and went to the “scheduled appointments” desk. Very friendly staff, super fast service, my doctor is very nice and listens to my concerns and actually finds solutions. Best doctors office I have had in years! Came in at 154 for my appointment and was out by 210. Dr. Oyedeji is a very kind person.
This was a new experience today, another decline in our medical system. Walk in was closed due to too many patients. I've been with the clinic since it opened 25+ years ago. My doctor left a few years ago. I was able to get a meet and greet once only to go and have doc tell me he's not accepting patients! Several nes doctors since mine left but no effort to retain patients that have supported the clinic and now walk in closed?
