I normally don’t leave reviews but I had my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday and the whole team was so so amazing. I am very very anxious when it comes to procedures, and everyone was so compassionate. The nurse (who’s name I asked but I forgot because of the meds I was on haha) was so incredibly amazing. She said she is normally an ER nurse, and I really wish that every patient here gets to experience her, because she is an example of a perfect nurse. I had a very bad experience in there, i had my root canal 2 weeks ago. I already made them clear I want one teeth. They did three of them without asking and charged my alot. Later on it was not done properly, still alot of pain and sensitivity. Waiting for the next visits as i have to show them there work done and they will charge again obviously, had a worst experience. Never recommended.
I’ve only been here 3 times but it is so good dr.Bertsch and Kat are so chill and speak like humans and not robots. They also made me comfortable being there. Overall good dentist to go to I recommend it.
Please do not support Ryan Gallagher, especially if he is referring you to his wife, a periodontist. That should be a conflict of interest. If he suggests replacing implants...THIS IS A MONEY SCAM!!!! DO NOT LISTEN TO HIM! There is an article about implants being their biggest money maker and sadly by the time im all done, I will have spent over $7,000 to replace an implant that wasnt even causing me any problems to begin with. I’ve been a long time patient of Dr. Chris Bertsch. He is incredibly proficient and thorough in his work, and makes sure you feel special and cared for. I never feel rushed, and always feel listened to. His sense of humour, and calm demeanour put me at ease. I recently chipped part of my tooth, which Dr. Bertsch filled for me and it looks better than it did before. I love coming to Kenderdine Dental Clinic, the reception staff are also very warm and welcoming.
