Kendel Homes built our home in 2008. I wasn't the owner at the time but in the 5 years I've lived in this home we've had zero issues that would be attributable to them. Okay the subfloors are a bit squeaky in places, that's my only complaint. Not bad for a 14 year old house. :)
This builder wasted our time. We nailed it down to them and one of their builders and then got an email saying they were refusing to bid our house. It was a 300k project. Pretty sad. Found a better builder. I think they were scared to bid a geo thermal. That means they are not truly custom. They also are not be very professional. Watch out for the 10 year warranty. About as worthless as a home,warranty with hms or serviceone
