It is with great dismay that we find ourselves writing this review. I was in for dental work and the front desk confirmed benefits & assured me of my out of pocket expense. I paid this at the time of visit. 2 weeks later they contact me and said they made a $2800 mistake and the girl at the front desk was new. Patients expect insurance verification to be correct or maybe they/we wouldn't have the procedure. We kindly asked them to meet us half way and we'll settle the bill.
