My son purchased a car at Kendall Volkswagen. They couldn't have been nicer or lower pressure. The entire staff made the car buying experience so easy and enjoyable. Our car came in for a 60k service and SIX days after the car wouldn’t start. The service said they checked the battery but we replaced it anyway. The car STILL wouldn’t start so we had to tow it to the dealer. Initially they sounded like they would take responsibility and then they came back and told us they wouldn’t cover the repair under the 90 day service warranty. I inquired about a 2022 Tesla 3.. The sales person was very nice and responsive. I was called by the sales manager about my questions and was sent a proposal for a cash purchase. I agreed to pay FULL price and made no effort to lower the price. I weighed my options and decided to move forward and have the car delivered..
