Jason was HORRIBLE and extremely rude, tried to tell me my 2022 Honda civic wasn’t worth anything when I tried to do a trade in for a 2012 SUBARU. First of all I want to say thank you to Reid my sales person who worked with me on the trade in on my old 2020 RAV4 gas model for the new 26 RAV4 Hybrid. We had test driven the vehicle several months prior and I had stated that the SE model was slightly out of my budget range and that I wanted to wait for an all black LE with AWD.
