Just purchased my "8th last truck", a 2025 Tacoma Off-Road, from Kendall Toyota of Eugene. Love the truck, had an amazing and effortless experience with the help of Cody, Kevin and Nick. My wife and I live in Bend but the short drive to Eugene was well worth the time & mileage. These guys know how to treat a customer right!
We bought our 2015 Tiguan from Bill! He was great, very quick to email and call back, it was new to the lot and he got it cleaned up for us, set aside the car for us to drive there and see it in person. He answered all our questions and was super nice to work with. Randy in finance was also super nice, thorough, answered all our questions and got us out the door in record time! Highly recommend Kendall of Eugene!
They were very disorganized and it looked like a lot of people were actually working, but the service was terrible. The worst part was when they texted me that my car was ready and then it took an hour for the guy to get it back to me. He was on the phone, ignoring me, walking all around the lot. There were all kinds of other people there, but they wanted me to wait for that particular guy.
