I took my truck to get 15k miles service. I didn’t mind the 2 hour wait because I understand that they are busy. When they completed my service, I opened my door to see a trim cover broken off from the interior side of my driver door. I looked at the 15k miles maintenance service list, and it didn’t mention anything about doing maintenance on the door. Had to get towed in and an Athena from service got my truck back to me asap and it’s very much appreciated!!!
I have been to the dealership three times in the last few months for repairs on my Toyota Camry. Each time it has take a good part of a week to get the repairs done. The first and this last time, they have ransacked my glove box and seat compartment and left my personal belongings scattered everywhere. I feel this is very disrespectful to me as a customer. They totally over charge for their service and take longer to fix things than any other shop. I will work hard to keep from ever returning for repairs here again.
Communication with my assigned Service Department representative was frustrating. I couldn’t get timely updates or coordinate pickup. There’s no shuttle or transportation option, which made things harder. I dropped my Toyota off the night before a 7am appointment, and it wasn’t ready until near closing. Then I couldn’t reach anyone in the Service Department to arrange after-hours pickup. The main line answered and promised a callback, but no one followed through.
