Had the best experience ever with the service dept. They got me in and out quick. I will recommend my family and friends.
I was shocked at how crooked these people are. They lied about my credit rating and the numbers never added up. I walked away and went to a different Toyota dealer where I got a very good deal and my true credit score. On top of everything nobody at the dealer spoke English. Stay away!
I must say from the moment I walked in I was greeted and help immediately. Despite being very active and busy I was helped without the feeling of being rushed. It was straight and to the point, no real hassle and was constantly asked if I needed anything. The salesmen went above and beyond for me and got me my car ready to drive off in no time. It was a great experience buying my first car, many thanks to Jenny, Humberto, and Angel. Please ask for either Humberto or Angel. I highly recommend Kendall Toyota.
