Attempted to buy a car here since they were my local dealership. The salesman was nice enough during the test drive and helpful, but he could not make a good enough deal. He said he would follow up in a couple days to see if we had decided on anything and he never followed up. Took my car into kendall after taking it to Capitol and Capitol failing to fix. Kendall subaru took advantage of me and my situation knowing completely what place I was in. they charged me 3000 for a front engine work after showing them videos of my problem getting worse after taking to Capitol. WHICH WAS FINE! But my CAR WASNT FIXED. ONLY LUBRICATED. SHORT STORY SHORT MY ENGINE BLEW UP AFTER TAKING IT TO KENDALL BECAUSE THEY FAILED TO FIX THE PROBLEM. We bought our 2015 Outback from Kendall. We had been having issues with a dead car at times and the service department got us right in, fixed the problem (battery and alternator) and didn't charge us a penny. All of the staff was super helpful and nice. We have always had positive interactions with everyone there. Would highly recommend.
