Dr. Hancock is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable.
I came in for severe facial swelling and nerve pain. I asked the doctor to run some blood tests to detect any microbial cysts and to see if I had a vitamin deficiency. I also asked for a MRI to find out what was causing the facial swelling and nerve pain. Dr. Hancock refused to order any tests, took my insurance money, and sent me on my way with no treatment or a proper diagnosis. This is an awful doctor. Avoid her like the plague.
