One star because zero isn’t an option. Since yesterday at 4:00 PM, my grandmother was transferred by ambulance from Coral Gables Hospital to the trauma area of this medical center. It has been over 16 hours, and she is still lying in a hallway in the emergency department, without being seen by any doctor. This is a complete lack of humanity and respect for patients, especially for an elderly person. I just have a very bad experience today, the person in charge of registration today has a no good attitude when I request help because I was lost, when I try to approach her in order to know where should I go she didn't have the courtesy of at least say hellow back, then she just repeated that go to security, I know that even if you can't help there is a good way to treat and talk with people. Today is 3:30 Saturday August 2 2025. Please help to improve the communication for your staff.,

A family member had clavicle surgery today, and the lack of communication was appalling. We were never informed about the status of the surgery or what was happening during the entire process.
