I JUST SPENT 40 MIN WAITING FOR PARKING!! Going up and down and up and down the only parking garage... It became a crazy cluster as more people arrived and no parking became available! Im extremely late for my appointment OBGYN appointment and I'm extremely frustrated... Please Kendall fix this... Your doctors are great, and I'm looking forward to having my baby boy in your hospital in July, but where are my guest going to park?!?!!!
Avoid this hospital if possible, the management is horrible, worst medical experience of my life due to their incompetence. My doctor asked I go elsewhere on my follow up procedure due to this hospital's management. Remember , you were warned.

One of the WORST hospitals in Miami-Dade county. AVOID IF YOU CAN!!!
A recent visit to this hospital exposed me to some of the worse patient care I have ever seen. My daughter was taken to the emergency room for stomach pain. After a three hour wait the nurse came and threw the results at us when we asked him the results he said read the paper. This gentleman should really consider a different profession because he is not a nurse. I have heard many stories about this hospital but now I understand. I hope to never have to visit this place again.
I delivered my baby girl at this hospital on Oct 20th. I was in the hospital for 3 days. I was under the care of Cindy, Alba, Mae, Mindy, Iola, and Shaq. All of these nurses went above and beyond there call of duty in taking good care of me and our baby. The lactation consultant, Ula Long, is THE BEST nurse! She is caring, supportive, compassionate, and very patient. Even after my delivery I have consulted her and she has always been available on the phone and in person.
This is the worst hospital with the worst care for their patients especially the nursing staff, in particular a nurse call Mary in the 5th floor of the hospital. There is not one iota of human sympathy or love towards their patients. When we go to a hospital we are putting our selves in the hands of what we think are competent and caring human beings towards the patients that are there. The nursing staff in this hospital is the worst I have EVER experienced in my entire life! I have never encountered such unprofessionalism and disrespect from a healthcare professional. Specifically, a nurse named Mary on the fifth floor actually turned her back and walked away from me when I was asking her questions regarding my father's care - or lack thereof. Why anyone would come to this hospital is beyond me.
