Dr. Sherif and the nursing staffs are amazing and have been seeing them for the past three years. However, my recent experience with the front office staff has been disappointing. I've had difficulty in rescheduling appointments and encountered rudeness and unresponsiveness. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service
