I had a really great experience with Viviana during my blood draw. I usually have a hard time with veins and often need multiple attempts, but she got it on the first try. It was quick, smooth, and didn’t hurt much at all. She was very calm and gentle, which made the whole process much less stressful. I would definitely recommend requesting Viviana if you get a chance. she is skilled and knows exactly what she is doing.
Doc Sherif and his team are amazing! Everything is discussed upfront and openly. He always remembers last conversations and follows up, showing his care for his patients.

My experience here revealed significant issues with transparency and professionalism. During a return visit for blood work, additional services were performed without any discussion of the associated costs or co-pays. When a patient is asked to do a scan or test, it is the office's responsibility to disclose that this is a separate, billable event, not just part of the routine follow-up.
