RecommendedI have lived here for just a few short months, but I felt “at home” immediately. The staff is always kind and accommodating, maintenance takes care of any issues IMMEDIATELY, and the location is nothing short of PERFECT. Easy access to 315, grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants all within walking distance, and yet, the community is quiet with minimal traffic on nearby streets. If you are looking for a new apartment, look no further. Kendall Park is the place for YOU!

Kendall Park is my favorite place to live in any apartment complex ever! The staff are friendly and very attentive. I like the social events for residents. Maintenance requests are taken care of fast. The property is kept clean. They don't tolerate alot of noise.❤❤
