He vivido en esta propiedad por dos años y puedo decir que en el último tiempo es un desastre total , muchos problemas con el agua caliente , pésima la oficina de administración siempre están perdidos nunca pueden asesórate bien , si pudiera dar cero lo haría , te dicen una cosa ahora y luego te andan cobrando de más , mantenimiento se demora siglos para cualquier cosa mínima que necesites, lo tendrás que hacer tú mismo , mi consejo no se mude aquí jamás sino quiere pagar exageradas cantidades por un lugar que no funciona. These apartments are the worse!!! They are rat roach infested and RAT infested!! And when i say RAT i mean RAT!! BIG WOOD RATS!! They never fix anything over here and they change management every 3 months!! Never seen anything like this!!!The water is always off, at least 2-3 times a week something is wrong with the water!!! Always water problems on the property. Gate always broken Hot water will last a few minutes then turn cold or completely turn off! Hoping to leave this place once my lease is up. Spacious for the price is why it gets 2 stars 5 stars for the maintenance crew! Always working hard and lending helping hand
My parents recently moved out of this property about a week ago, and the experience was very disappointing. The water was constantly an issue—often not running for days at a time—yet management still tried to overcharge for water. When concerns were raised, management either didn’t know what was going on or promised to handle it, but nothing was ever resolved.
