Ok it's been a year and I have to say it's been the worst experience of my life. I've had so much patience with this property. From leaks and sealing falling on me to repaired taking months to repair. From raw sewage backing up in my townhouse twice and taking them a week to fix, to work orders being falsified as complete. Took three months to get transferred to a new unit. I goto inspect it and they did a shitty job.
