My parents recently moved out of this property about a week ago, and the experience was very disappointing. The water was constantly an issue—often not running for days at a time—yet management still tried to overcharge for water. Hello, just want to say that I just moved into my apartment in August 2025 and so far everything has been going good. The area where I live seems to be pretty quiet; my neighbors seem friendly but keep to themselves and that’s the way I like it. Office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the complex. Ms. Joycemari is great at her job, she helped me when I stopped by inquiring about an apartment. I am happy with my apartment and all is well at this time, no complaints.
I have been living here for 5 years my utilities bill never was more than $100 and always is a problem with the water and now since august the utilities bill came $210 and when the show me only the charge for water was $128 this is ridiculous cause the water problem is not our fault is them and they are charging us for all the time that plumber have to come and fix it . All the time that i go ask for the new utilities company to call them about my bill they dont give me any info i feek that they are stealing from us in our f... read more
Always water problems on the property. Gate always broken Hot water will last a few minutes then turn cold or completely turn off! Hoping to leave this place once my lease is up. Spacious for the price is why it gets 2 stars 5 stars for the maintenance crew! Always working hard and lending helping hands.
