This place is trash. I know someone who stays here. Yeah, they present the apts as clean but they not gone show you the real. Including the rats, roaches, and bugs all in your house. Water spots, maintenance not fixing anything on time, patched up walls they call themselves fixing, floors feeling like you gone fall thru it. Pros: Mostly quiet Playground Dog area Gated mail area Online rent payments Online maintenance requests Flex rent payments option (divide into two separate payments) Cons & other: Hardly ever get Office replies for voicemails and emails -Gates always open Since move in we've had: -5 different management companies. -Hot water goes out about once a month and is sometimes out for multiple days. -You will be shown a model unit when visiting but do not expect your unit to be anything... read more
As a current resident, my experience living here has honestly been exhausting. For a long time, my family was repeatedly harassed by a neighboring resident. Normal, everyday living sounds, including those that come with having young children, resulted in constant police calls. It got to the point where I had to start making my own reports because the harassment became so excessive. my experience as a current resident. For an extended period of time, we have dealt with ongoing late-night disturbances from a neighboring unit, including loud banging, screaming, and repeated excessive noise well past normal quiet hours.Once a month the hot water will be shut off for a few days as well. In addition, marijuana smoke has repeatedly entered our apartment to the point that it wakes us from sleep.
