Always water problems on the property. Gate always broken Hot water will last a few minutes then turn cold or completely turn off! Hoping to leave this place once my lease is up. Spacious for the price is why it gets 2 stars
I actually love my apartment the staff is great very helpful and to the ladies in the front office you all rock no need for a long paragraph
Recently got approved and the application process was great Claudia and Joyce Mari were very helpful and understanding of my situation I pray I have a great experience living at Kendall manor
I have to say clarissa/Claudia went above and beyond to get me into my townhouse despite the set backs with the vendor not them. They did what they said they were going to do. I love my new place😊👍😅
