Absolute rubbish for communication in their service department. Chris I believe is his name sounds as ignorant is the day is long. Likes to make excuses, with zero solution to fix his error, but the reason it has to go back?, well because they did a half work, and called it good. I ask to talk to a manager?, naw out in the field call ya back in the afternoon, nope. Absolutely would never recommend this service department to anyone.
