Chris is service DESERVES TO BE FIRED. He is the worst service representative we have dealt with in decades. He repeatedly “forgets” to document issues on repair orders, and those omissions conveniently surface only after warranties expire, leaving the customer responsible for costs that should have been covered. He initially told us one of our vehicles was out of warranty. Absolute rubbish for communication in their service department. Chris I believe is his name sounds as ignorant is the day is long. Likes to make excuses, with zero solution to fix his error, but the reason it has to go back?, well because they did a half work, and called it good. I ask to talk to a manager?, naw out in the field call ya back in the afternoon, nope. Absolutely would never recommend this service department to anyone.

Do not risk traveling to purchase a car here. They intentionally hid damages, and tried to get us to commit to the vehicle anyway after traveling hours. Shady tactics by a mismanaged dealership.

TERRIBLE dealership to work with. Drove 2.5 hours each way to buy a vehicle. Upon arriving it had major damage down the side not disclosed. They offered to repair it only if we paid for the vehicle in advance prior to viewing the repair. They were unwilling to hold it until we could review the damage repair before purchase. They of course ran our credit first due to the long distance transaction. You suck.
