I expected a lot more from the Lexus dealership. The first two oil changes went smoothly, the third appointment was a routine oil change and tire rotation. That is when it all fell apart. I drive a GX460 with locking lug nuts. I've rotated my tires at the dealership before no problem. The wheels locks live in the back with the jack. It has its own little place it belongs in alongside the socket for the rest of the lugnuts. previous tire rotations had no issue finding the lock. Elsie showed me other options, but never tried to pressure me or minimize the amazing features of the 4Runner.
