I can safely say that this has been the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car.Elsie Chanthaboury was exceptional , kind, patient and understanding. I can safely say that we will definitely recommending and returning to them. The respect, knowledge, and dignity they showed us was something we have never experienced from a dealership. Today I went and picked up my Lexus, it is a joy to do business with people that do what they say, and get it right the first time. Kendall Lexus staff are so accommodating, friendly, this is not the first outstanding experience with Kendall Lexus. I hope to only drive Lexus for the foreseeable future.
Love our new to us Prius! Samz Lee was attentive and efficient he made our buying experience relaxing and fun after finding us just the right vehicle. Herman was quick to accept our fair offer, appreciated no haggling and off to Anthony in finance who likewise gave us a great deal on extended warranty which gives valuable peace of mind too on a used car.
