Best service I ever had
I recently purchased a Lexus before having another baby. Within 4 months of my purchase, the battery died after 1 day of not driving it. Lexus roadside service towed it to the dealership for us. We ended up waiting 4 weeks to have the battery changed out. It was the holiday season, and apparently the batteries were on backorder. Got the help I needed when getting a 2nd hand car, Gwyn and Cydon really took care of us during the entire process. If you are planning to buy a lexus, toyota or any great used cars, this is the place to be.
Based on our purchase of a 2019 Lexus RX350, in June, I would not recommend buying a used car from Kendall Lexus. The day after purchasing the vehicle, I opened the hood to check the oil. In the place of a black brake cap, I found blue masking tape covering the opening of the brake reservoir. Hard to miss even if you don't know the first thing about engines!
