Woah just woah....this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Scott went above and beyond to ensure I made the right decisions when purchasing my new 2025 Kia Telluride. He wasn't pushy at all and gave me time to research on my own before signing a single document. Sam in finance answered every question and didn't make me feel guilty for not selecting some of the packages he was offering. I would highly recommend Kendall, Scott and Sam for anyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle at Kendall Kia.
Scott, my salesperson, was truly amazing! He was friendly, approachable, and made the process easy. On the other hand, the finance guy, Chris, was pushy, disrespectful of my choices, and made the experience unpleasant. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the negative interaction at the end of the process!
I thoroughly appreciated the kindness, directness, and polite treatment that I received from my salesman, Mitch Nelson. He was available to me for any of my questions, and if he was not, I was referred to someone else on the team who also treated me very well. The Hyundai Tucson Hybrid I purchased is great; the learning curve for switching to a hybrid is high, but Mitch has been available for every question, and is happy to repeat information. I highly recommend working with Mitch at Kendall Hyundai of Nampa!
My 2023 Sorrento radio stopped working May of 2025. I’ve taken my car in twice to get it fixed. The 1st time they said they had to wait for Kia, after 4 days they called me and said they couldn’t fix it, and come get it. The 2nd time I brought it in, they called and said it was ready. I checked the radio when I got there. It still didn’t work. So I guess ‘ready’ and ‘fixed’ mean 2 different things. I then went in to get the service advisor.
