Changing my review from 1 to 5. Reasons: dealership took accountability towards the issue i had with call service, management came down to apologize, management took care of my maintenance, and also washed my car. Overall im satisfied of the outcome and I appreciate everyone for treating me like a person and hearing my concers.
If you live anywhere in SW Idaho, drive the extra few minutes to avoid Dennis Dillon. This place is so much more pleasant.
