I had a poor experience with the customer service at this dealership. The lobby was disorganized, and the staff seemed unhelpful on both of my visits. During my second visit, an associate made a unprofessional comment about my expectations for prompt assistance and offered thousands of dollars below fair market value for my trade-in. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a vehicle trade.
Me and my husband recently purchased a 2026 kia K4 and we are absolutely loving our new car. We worked with Jonathan Herrera & he was amazing, he was very down to earth, I work in sales as well and he was very patient and not pushy towards us. One of the worst and most manipulative car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. We went to Kendall Kia to trade in my partner’s BMW for a K5 GT-Line. The BMW had some exterior damage, but the interior and engine bay were in excellent condition, and it had been inspected just two weeks and again a month earlier with absolutely no codes.
