We all have our bad days, I try to leave mine at home when I'm dealing with the public, when your sick you also see things different.
Everyone is nice. I feel better after my visit
The first visit was good. Dr. Kendall seemed very knowledgeable, understanding and caring. Unfortunately prior to the second visit my husband needed refills on his medication that had not been called in. I called and spoke with the receptionist/office manager and she was very RUDE. I asked to speak to the nurse or the doctor and she said no. Her attitude is very negative. We went to the office a few days later for a follow-up appointment.
