I live in Clear View Estates! My husband and I have had a few homes in our days. Never have we lived in a home that has been so well constructed. The foundation is solid! We have had minor issues. Every one of those issues were rectified. If we were to purchase another home we would choose Kendall. People in this community that have purchased homes from other builders have had nothing but complaints. We are so thankful we bought a home from them.
We bought a brand new home for Kendall and it has been a miserable experience since closing. Everything they are fixing from issues of build they act like they are doing you a favor. When they come and fix something it is a terrible repair. I talked to Fran she said oh they are not done and will fix it. Then you talk to Toni the builder and he says you are lucky we did something. I am a builder and if we acted like this we would get in trouble.
