Termites/Build Quality Stay away from this builder! They’re dishonest and their quality control/ builder for Encino Estates and River Ranch area Russ Andress is not to be trusted. I bought a new home last month from Kendall Homes. Before moving in I had pest control go spray for spiders and bugs. That’s when they found that the house had previous termites and someone tried to hide it by knocking off the termite tubes. I notified the builder of the finding since I haven’t moved in yet. Sucked...homes way overpriced,neighborhood very diversified,all cityfolks,....in Kenefick,we have nice countryfolks throughout the economic spectrum,crackheads,property thieves,and riverrats.we were already mondo diverse,now its just over the top!!!!😂😂😂
