Did you know your hardy plank can crack if incorrectly installed and it isn't covered by your warranty? It was recommended to me to get home inspection before the first year was up, not at or before closing. I did this and while vendors fixed things that were the electrical, added insulation but wouldn't fix cracked hardy plank saying it was cosmetic. Very poor craftmanship in every way. 260k for a new home. All i get is excuses as to why the craftsmanship looks like a 5 yr old built our home. Cheap unskilled labor equals junk. Wish i could give zero stars.
With due respect, we are entitled to quality workmanship installed floor . It’s been installed four times and ripped up three times. Flooring service would not do that if they didn’t see it was in poor condition. When does it ever end? By your own admission it still needs work, it never ends. The kitchen, dining room , entry way and living room. You slopped in the trim with wrong angles and they are not stained. If I could give them a zero I would. New home sheetrock cracks all over ceilings. They came out 5 times and then a couple weeks later the cracks appear bigger and thicker. Tried to say settlement. It's bad mud / tape. Maybe using the Chinese drywall. When a person spends 225k on a brand new home you would expect to enjoy it without looking up and seeing your ceilings crack. I called Tony and requested an estimate for a covered patio and also an addition to my house. He responded quickly and set up a time to come to my house. On March 2nd, he came to my house to look over the projects. Tony stated he would get back to me in about a week to ten days. After two weeks, having not heard from him, I called to get an update.
