I brought my 2011 GM Sierra Crew Cab in for scheduled CPO service while I was home on vacation. There was a seat shim on the rear seat that was broken and needed to be replaced. I was charged $157 for the shim to be replaced. No big deal, right? Wrong. The one installed was the wrong part. Now, the rear seat rattles worse than before. All the people we met and dealt with were super courteous and helpful- service, sales, and document personnel really went out of their way to make us feel like valued clients. Barbara and I will continue to be customers and will spread the word. Special props to Nick Puga our sales rep who has been stellar- even helping me with after-market accessories. Way to go guys!
