This is the 3rd car we have purchased at Edmark and the 2nd from Ashley Wightman. He is very professional and bends over backwards to make sure that every step of the process is smooth and fast. We will be back for our next vehicle.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that buying our vehicle at Edmark was a painless one. We did not get the typical salesman pitch and attempt to rope us into something we didn't want. And when it came to sitting down to figure out the paperwork- again, it was painless. This was our first purchase and experience with Edmark and I will definitely be back in the future!
We came to Edmark to purchase a GMC Truck. We were assisted by Ashley, he was very informative and knowledgeable. All in all we had a good experience.
I drove into the dealership lot and was greeted immediately. The Sales person that greeted me was busy with another customer, but quickly referred me to Toby about looking for a used Acadia. I went to a lot of dealerships and was very impressed with Edmark GMC. I got pressured at other dealers and got the complete opposite experience at Edmark. Tim Crowley was more interested in finding the right truck to fit my needs then he was in pushing certain vehicles. He was willing to bend over backwards to help and I really appreciated his hard work. Terrific job guys!
This was by far the best experience I have ever had. I am a single mom and trying to get on my feet so they worked with me to get the loan to help me repair my credit and be in the price range I needed. I love my New Chevy Sonic! Thank you Edmark! Thanks to Stuart you were so awesome and made me feel less stress through every part of the experience. Also a shout out to Preston after all the calls to the finance company on my behalf. All the staff is super nice and just a great overall experience.
Was greeted promptly and Greg and Mike went out of their way to find us a car that would fit our needs. Was greeted by the owner Dave Edmark, personally. You just don't see that kind of service anymore.
Dave Louie was just awesome! He was very informative and very professional and made us feel right at home. His dedication and thoroughness to help me get everything in order after the sale was great too! I've never bought a car where it has so many gadgets and actually have the salesman make sure that I knew how it all worked and helped me get it all set up. Mr. Bishop was the associate that I worked with and he was amazing. He was able to get me into the car that I wanted at the rate and price that I wanted. He was also able to get me an excellent price on my vehicle trade-in. Mr. Edmark was also extremely personable and thanked me for my service in the military and gave me a $500.00 military discount!!!
