Time to find a local mechanic. The lady working at the quick service bay’s customer service and communication were horrible. I went in for an oil change and there was no communication about anything. She told me the car was done then walked away. I don’t know where to go to get my keys, apparently I was supposed to follow her. Then when I got the keys she said I could pay and go. I asked her where my car was and she waved her hand saying it’s along the service cars outside. I walked in the direction of that she waved and my ... read more
