If they tell you it’s only an hour worth of work on your truck plan on 3 1/2 hours. Pretty sad that we have to use the dealer to do recalls. The workers just act like everything is ok and don’t care for our time. Very frustrating.

Coolant issue with truck, Mechanic "says" they bore scoped the engine cylinders and saw coolant inside and heavy/terrible engine knocking, only "Solution" was a 19K engine swap. Never got to see footage of said inside engine. Took truck to a different shop no such problems, ran idle and at speeds fine, no such coolant leak in engine. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from the Ford service department. The level of communication was unacceptable from start to finish. I was never proactively updated on the status of my vehicle and had to repeatedly call just to find out what was happening. Customers should not have to chase the service department for basic information. The quality of the work performed was equally unacceptable.
