The Service Techs at Kendall Wasilla informed me during a recent oil change that I had an oil leak that needed attention. I scheduled an appointment with Kendall Service and worked with Brian Sanford to get the repairs made. Brian and his team found 3 oil leaks when investigating and fixed them all. To start my experience with them. I had to wait three months for my appointment. And then they kept my truck for an entire month charged me $1500 and they still did not decisively diagnose and repair my vehicle and I had an $8.95 in parts charge, it felt like going to a restaurant with Reservations for 6 PM and not being seated until 8 PM then not being served until midnight and then being served substandard meals and cheap booze. I took my 2022 F450 in for service, oil change and inspection. After it was done, I asked if the tire pressure had been checked and was assured that it had been done. Paid for the service and walked out to my vehicle where I found the driver's side steer tire looked low. I checked the air pressure in both the drivers steer tire and the passengers steer tire, one was at 30psi and the other at 80psi. Kendal Ford is fine, it is Ford that is a disappointment. Parts you can only get through Ford are ridiculously over priced, and all other parts are just way over priced. In response to the below comment. I look forward to talking with them.
