The worst oil change I waited for an hour and 45 minutes past my scheduled apt time just to be told my car hasn’t even gone back yet even though people behind me were getting serviced for oil changes already will never return.
We are full time RVrs from Florida and while traveling through Seattle needed an urgent repair. Kendall Ford was the only dealer out of several who made an appointment and repaired it within two days. Jeff in the service department is great, and we trust they did the best they could to try and minimize the cost of what was an expensive repair.
Needed a repair done in an emergency situation and called several Ford locations throughout WA, OR and Northern California. This was the only dealership that treated me like a person and not a number. Received excellent service in a timely manner. Honest, trustworthy, no nonsense. This is a gem of a place in today's world. Great leadership that clearly trickles down. Every person I interacted with while waiting for my vehicle was friendly and genuine. Please support this Ford location. They are wonderful!
Malyki Dancer was very helpful. Helped my with my purchase, and was patient with me when I messed up my loan app. Good deal all around.
All the service writers are friendly and knowledgeable. Great lineup of skilled technicians. Well equipped shop. Great place for service and repairs. Definitely recommend.
