I was very impressed with the customer service at Kendall Ford in Kenai. If it wasn't for the fact that we needed some warranty work done on a Ford truck we'd just purchased from a private owner I would never have considered going into Kendall Ford in Kenai. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, helpful and prompt. We received a phone call as soon as our truck was ready and there were no additional issues that came up.
