Our vehicle is under warranty so we have to deal with these guys. And unfortunately our vehicle has had a lot of recalls. Typical encounter has been something like this: make an appointment week or months in advance. Show up for said appointment, they don't even have the part for the recall yet (what the heck), or you leave it there and a week later they say they're starting to work on it. I come here every month. On my visits I noticed engaging staff members. This location is very busy in the Service department. This is clear without even asking. It is refreshing to see the same faces on multiple visits. I get nervous when the scenery changes. I asked for the Supervisor and was introduced to Tiana and Cody.
