Mike was great!
Took car in when brakes started chirping and grooves in rotors started. I had just purchased the car a week earlier. They told me they couldn't hear the chirp or rubbing noise. Assured me everything was fine and that rotors and brakes were serviced before I bought it. I don't think they even looked at the brakes. Also found the coolant was so low the heater didn't work. Makes me wonder if it went through any inspection before being put on the lot.
I had a great buying experience here. Jackson greeted me straight away, and helped me find a car within my budget. He gave lots of good info and helped me every step of the way. Ivana, who is their finance representative, was extremely helpful. She was able to answer all of the questions I had over the paperwork, and explained everything so it was easy to understand. She helped me get the best deal I could, made sure I understood all my benefits and entitlements, and was the highlight of my experience.
May 2025 - Ashlynn in service was very helpful in ensuring my "final" (God, I hope!!) transmission repair was completed quickly after my appeal to Ford Warranty was eventually approved. Her excellent customer service also included having her assistant call me before I was scheduled to bring in vehicle for a different issue because they were backed up. This review is for Kong. We’ve been having a lot of issues, but he’s been very communicative and working hard to get us our car back, even coming in on his day off. You can tell he truly cares. We are incredibly thankful.
