Jen in service was super helpful.
Wish I can just give zero stars, I don't recommend, will not go in for any services at all again, my skid plate was screwed in wrong and it's hanging from the back screws. Tripled the prices for my service
Do not recommend this place. Wife took her bronco there for an oil change at 30k miles and tricked her into $2k worth of maintenance. Said she needed rear differential looked at because of towing but she doesn’t even have a tow package on it. Needed transmission fluid changed cause Alaskas cold temperatures and much more. Said it would be done same day but wasn’t ready for pick it up till next day in the afternoon. On top of all that, when we got home we found a screw in one of the tires.
Preston was great to work with in service. Very professional.
I brought my car for active recalls and an oil change, my car was in for about 1 week, and once they gave me my car back I found a dent on my car it wasn’t there before I brought in my car. And not even 20 minutes of driving my car my check engine light came on. I’ve never had no issues with my car.
