My oil change appointment was at 2:30. I was told it would take approximately two hours. When I returned at 4:30, my car had not even been started. I recently bought a Ford escape 2024 with the help of Jackson! Jackson made my first time financing a car experience wonderful. He worked with me, communicated very well, kept a professional, but very honest relationship. I told Jackson exactly what I wanted and he got me exactly what I wanted with no hassle. Even after my purchase of my vehicle, I was able to contact Jackson with any questions and or concerns. Never would I have thought that I would have a 2024 car but he made it happen.
On October 7th, 2026 I had a really bad experience with Kendall Ford's Quick Lane service. It involved a scheduled tire change over that, for whatever reason, never happened.
