I recently went to Kendall Ford in Anchorage for a vehicle appraisal, and unfortunately the experience went downhill fast. To be fair, the process started off strong. Their online portal was easy to use, and I received an immediate response, likely from a chatbot, which honestly was completely fine. Nevin was a great help getting me into a new vehicle. He made the process quick and simple. I appreciate that they were willing to work with me on another model once the first choice was no longer an option. The staff there made my visit and day enjoyable. Cherry on top was finding out the same day my brother had his first child making the day even better.
Car was recalled for a backup camera, but turned out mine was fine. Also had an oil change while at Kendall. They did well communicating while my car was being serviced. And as always, it came back thoroughly washed and clean!
Tried to get a simple oil change and found they were to busy and we need an appointment. So can't wait till the new place by Target opens up!!
