Nevin was an awesome salesman and very persistent! Definitely recommend 👌
They rarely return voice messages and their mobile service is unreliable. Just today they were supposed to come out 9 am; I called around 10:30 and left a message, never heard back. This recall needed to get done today as I'm leaving town for several weeks, but nope, can't depend on this business to act like professionals.
We worked with Neven at Kendall Ford Anchorage when buying our new Ford Explorer. It was a very seamless process and he was very helpful with all of our requests. We appreciated his knowledge for all vehicles and his positive attitude throughout the whole process! We will definitely be reaching back out the next time we need to purchase a vehicle.
10/10 recommend Kendall Ford. They were super helpful, responded to my questions/inquires very quickly, and they were friendly too. I had a tight budget for a vehicle and they did everything in their power to accommodate me.
