When I had a flat tire, I called Kendall Ford and spoke with Service Consultant Precious Brown. She was able to get me into the Ford Service Department where the tire was soon repaired. During the waiting time, I talked with Service Consultant Jenn Dunaway regarding other concerns with my car. Both, Precious B. and Jenn D., were very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I purchased my previously owned 2020 Ford Escape and had a great experience two years ago. It was a great experience. Recently I called the Service department as my Escape sounded like a jet taking off the runway. I connected with Morgan and immediately received some of the best telephone customer service. I was told the warranty was still in effect and Morgan called arranging a tow for my vehicle. I was kept updated with details about the progress of my repair. Repairs were completed the same day. Have called twice, 10/29/22 and 10/31/22, re: tire repair, both times was told I would get a call back, NOT, have dealt with Kendall since 2018, never a problem, even bought the tires there, could have went somewhere besides Kendall, SAD. Ken Mitch
