I purchased my previously owned 2020 Ford Escape and had a great experience two years ago. It was a great experience. Recently I called the Service department as my Escape sounded like a jet taking off the runway. I connected with Morgan and immediately received some of the best telephone customer service. Have called twice, 10/29/22 and 10/31/22, re: tire repair, both times was told I would get a call back, NOT, have dealt with Kendall since 2018, never a problem, even bought the tires there, could have went somewhere besides Kendall, SAD. Ken Mitch
