After arriving 15 minutes early for their 15 minuter window. I can not give a proper rating. Since I never saw the Dr. After waiting over half an hour I was finally called then told it would be at least another 45 mins because of a medical emergency which I understanfd happens but I had to be somewhere by 4:30 and waiting for the Dr would have been waiting until after 5. If I was informed about the wait I could have resheceduled and not paid my co-pay.
They over booked, I was there a total hour, waited in the waiting room for 40 minutes, I almost left. Then in the Dr. Office another 20 minutes and saw Dr. For 5 minutes. The front doors were discussingly dirty, spider webs, Mold , dirty. They should not look like that the entrance should look inviting not discussing. They need to have them CLEANED
