Terrible menagement! There was a terrible smell of smoke for months,and dispite i called them they never even left a note to remember the residents to not smoke. There were teenagers just lying on the floor in the entrance,watching video and sleeping,and they did not even sent somebody to check on them. Could be a nice building,but Malone Prop.os a terrible menagement,they do not do anything..except collect money
Everything you read about the Managment company is 100% accurate. Incompetent, no follow up or follow throughs. Always late, no one knows what is going on. Avoid
