It appears to be a problem from the ground up as kerr county mhdd is the same. Saying they misplaced my appt and canceling once twice no 3 times in a row. No compassion no help its scary that this is where our most vulnerable ones in our towns are having to go no choices. Not sure if workers need better wages or if they hire perks.
My kids and I all went here in 2018/2019 and they were all kind, compassionate and helpful. I don’t know why there is so much hate on here, but they did everything they could to help us all at the time and made a difference for us.
I'm unsure if this establishment believes that they are helping people. I'm going to suggest that they take a good look at their government funded business and ask themselves if they make a difference. I do not recommend treatment from here. Their professionalism includes things such as not listening to their patients, or even caring. It seems they are available when they feel like it and have no regard for actual mental illnesses.
